HATS Instructors and Personnel, are the Mind, the Soul and the Heart, of our Organization and Company. HATS ATO, was founded and operates by highly experienced training Captains from Olympic Airways/Airlines, with over 15,000 thousands of hours, of flight and flight training experience in Line and Simulator training, on the most famous commercial Types of Aircraft. Company’s personnel are highly trained and experienced in aviation business, passionate about their mission to provide the best of their experience and knowledge, guiding and training Professional Pilots.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Captain, George Adamopoulos

Capt. George Adamopoulos graduated from Oxford Air Training School in 1980. He flew as flight instructor until he was hired by Olympic Airways in 1984. During his career, he flew the Boeing 727-200, Boeing 737-200, Boeing 737-400, Airbus 300 B4, and Airbus 340-300 as Captain, Simulator Instructor, Line Training Instructor and Examiner, accumulating over 15,000 of flying hours. He held the position of Chief Pilot for Boeing 727, System Chief Pilot and was appointed as Chief Operations Officer (COO) for the airline. Capt. G. Adamopoulos is a current TRI (A) / TRE in Boeing 737/300-900, TRI (A) /TRE in Airbus 340-300 , TRI /TRE in Airbus 320 family and SFI/SFE in Airbus 330.

Head of Training (HOT)

Captain, George Galaktiou

Capt. George Galaktiou graduated from Oxford Air Training School in 1971 and was hired by Olympic Airways in 1972. During his 32 years he flew the Boeing 727, Boeing 707, Airbus 300 B4, Boeing 747-200 and Airbus 340-300 as Captain, Simulator Instructor, Line Training Instructor and Examiner, accumulating over 15,000 of flying hours. He held the position of Chief Pilot for Boeing 727 and was appointed Training Director for the airline. Capt. G. Galaktiou is a current SFI / SFE in Airbus 320 family.

Deputy Head of Training

Captain, Floros Rozos

Capt. Floros Rozos graduated from Oxford Air Training School in 1971 and was hired by Olympic Airways in 1972. During his 32 years he flew the Boeing 727, Boeing 707, Airbus 300 B4, Boeing 747-200 and Airbus 340-300 as Captain, Simulator Instructor, Line Training Instructor and Examiner, accumulating over 15,000 of flying hours. He held the position of Chief Pilot for Boeing 727, Airbus 300 B4, Airbus 340, Boeing 747 in Olympic Airways. He was Director of Operations in Pantheon Airlines and hold a managerial position in Safety on Olympic Air. Capt. Floros Rozos is a current SFI / SFE in Airbus 320, Airbus 330 and Airbus 340.

Flight Instructors

Instructors employed by HATS are highly experienced Line Training and Simulator Captains, mainly ex-Olympic Airways/Airlines, with over 10,000 of flying hours.

Chief Cabin Crew Instructor

Ms. Stevi Patsaroucha

Stevi Patsaroucha has more than 10 years experience in the airline industry. She started her airline career in Olympic Airways ticketing department, moving soon to CCM and SCCM in Olympic Airlines, Olympic Air, BlueBird Airways & fFlyBe, in various types of aircrafts such as A340, A320,B737, ATR and Dash 8 Q400. She is  quality auditor and qualified CC Ground Instructor, CRM instructor & Dangerous Goods Instructor. She is highly experienced in Cabin Crew training.

Cabin Crew Instructors

Our cabin crew Instructors are highly skilled and deliver a wide range of cabin crew courses. All courses are designed and delivered by cabin crew training and service experts and it covers a range of topics designed to give individuals the knowledge and skills to develop their competencies. All Cabin Crew instructors have more than 15 years of experience in various Airlines (Olympic Airways, British Airways, Saudia, etc.) and are qualified, experienced and approved by the Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority.
