Zero Flight Time Training (ZFTT)

Zero Flight Time Training (ZFTT) refers to the training given on an aircraft type rating course that is carried out entirely in a simulator. This method of training is not available for every pilot. Zero Flight Time Training can be provided only to the flight crew of a contracted airline and it consists of one extra Full Flight Simulator Session targeted in take-offs and landings according to the company’s Standard Operational Procedures – SOPs and requirements.

The type rating will be restricted to the contracted airline until line flying under supervision has been accomplished.

Base Training

The Base Training completes the endorsement of the Type Rating on the applicant’s pilot license. The Base Training is conducted on the actual aircraft with no passengers on board, consisting of six takeoffs and six landings. The Base Training is completed with one of our cooperating Airlines.
