In order to en-roll to the TRI (A) Course the applicant should:

• be at least 18 years old
• hold a CPL, MPL or ATPL with the rating for which instruction is to be given
• have 1500 hours of flight experience on multi – pilot aircraft
• have completed within 12 months prior to enrolling to the course, 30 route sectors, including takeoffs and landings as PIC or co – pilot on the applicable airplane type out of which 15 sectors may be completed in a Full Flight Simulator representing that type
• passed an assessment of competency for the relevant category of instructor on the type of aircraft flight instruction is to be given and be able to act as a PIC during such flight instruction

In order to en-roll to the SFI (A) Course the applicant should:

• be at least 18 years old
• hold or have held a CPL, MPL or ATPL with the rating for which instruction is to be given and have completed a License Proficiency Check on the specific aircraft type within 12 months prior to enrolling to the course
• have 1500 hours of flight experience on multi – pilot aircraft
• have completed within 12 months prior to enrolling to the course, 3 route sectors or 2 line – orientated flight training – based simulator sessions on the applicable aircraft type
• passed an assessment of competency for the relevant category of instructor on the type of aircraft flight instruction is to be given and be able to act as a PIC during such flight instruction

Theoretical Training

• Teaching and Learning 3 days classroom tuition
• Technical Instruction 2 days classroom tuition

Simulator Training

• 10 hours training
• Assessment of Competence
